10 Cane is made on the island of Trinidad, which is located south of the Caribbean archipelago and northeast of Venezuela. It is distilled from the first pressing of hand-harvested sugar cane that is grown exclusively for 10 Cane. Molasses and other by-products from sugar production not used. -remove
The pure cane juice is fermented and distilled in small batches in French pot stills. This distillate is then aged in vintage French oak barrels for six months. Because of the warm, humid climate, spirits mature much more quickly in the tropics, shortening the amount of time needed for aging.
The aim in creating 10 Cane was to craft a fresh and youthful rum with primary fruit aromas. 10 Cane has a fresh, lively sugar cane character with a smooth, velvety texture, achieving perfect harmony on the palate.
